Protocol Partner and Supervisor
The ministry managing Turkey's official children's home model. The project is fully compliant with Ministry standards and cooperation protocol talks are ongoing. We are in active contact with the Bursa Provincial Directorate.
Land Allocation Authority
The institution responsible for the allocation of treasury and foundation lands and foundation registration processes. Land allocation talks for the project are planned.
Association Registration and Supervision
The institution that will carry out the registration process of the Children's Homes Campus Association. Application preparations for the association establishment are ongoing.
Land and Infrastructure Support
Meetings are planned regarding land allocation and infrastructure support for the pilot project. Bursa's deep-rooted experience in child protection will make an important contribution to the project.
Model Reference and Experience Partner
The association operating Turkey's most successful local children's home model with 630 children and 126 children's homes. Their decades of experience and best practices are a valuable reference source for our project.
Project Coordinator and Supply Manager
The founding and coordinating institution of the project. SABA HAUS, operating in Turkey and Germany, is bringing the project to life with its experience in national and international project development.

Model Partner and Consultant
75 years, 138 countries, more than 500,000 children. The world's most established child protection organization. The project is based on SOS's proven family environment model. Official cooperation talks are ongoing.

The closest Turkish-speaking SOS office. An important partner that can share child protection experiences in Turkey and build a cooperation bridge.

The most important international organization in Turkey in the field of strengthening child protection systems. Meetings are planned for technical support, training and access to international funding networks.

International leading organization in child protection and education. Potential partner for international standards, funding sources and technical knowledge transfer.

Bursa's established university. Potential academic partner for research cooperation, internship opportunities and thesis studies with social services, architecture and psychology departments.

Approximately 3 million citizens of Turkish origin in Germany. Diaspora donors are reached through SABA HAUS's Germany office. Support from Europe strengthens the international dimension of the project.
