Children's Homes Campus is a project realized with Turkey's official Ministry model and SOS Village approach, housing 6-8 children per home, with interest-free financing and social impact investment model. This strategy document presents the legal, institutional and operational strategies needed for the project to start in Bursa and scale to 1000 children.
